The world’s largest wealth management firm has tapped a former Bank of America Merrill Lynch investment banking head in Singapore for a private client role.
UBS has brought a former Bank of America Merrill Lynch investment banking head in Singapore across to its wealth management arm, this publication can reveal.
James Yeo, who has a 20-year banking career, holds the role of senior client advisor at UBS.
“James Yeo has extensive international experience in financial services and will be well-positioned to serve our clients’ complex financial needs. His investment banking experience would further enhance UBS’s holistic offering to our clients as we look after their personal, business and asset management needs. James’s appointment will be effective in June 2015,” said Eddie Gan, managing director and country head for the Singapore team, UBS Wealth Management, Singapore.
