Experienced Consultant
· If you are working as a consultant for a recruitment business in the “Professional to Executive” segment, and want to have more autonomy, a larger piece of the billings, and work in a highly focused “search” environment; talk to us today.
· A natural rapport builder, as well as a strong team-player possessing great sense of initiative and self-starter mentality.
· Experience within the banking and financial services sector, change and project management and IT sector are encouraged to apply.
Associates & Resourcers
· As a Resourcer / Associate, you will be highly focused on candidate prospecting, market research and profile shortlisting, producing quality candidate analysis in response to time critical mandates.
· An ability to professionally engage with executive level candidates, in a direct and in-direct fashion, developing rapport and credibility with prospects.
· You will support with the successful execution of mandates, conducting desktop searches utilizing our comprehensive CRM / candidate database, social media sources and other professional resources.
