Role of the Real Estate Credit Specialist

The bank is a true global provider which specializes in lending against assets owned in other jurisdictions.

The Senior Transactor lends against securities held in for example Singapore to finance the purchase of a residential property in Europe, and is the first line of defence.

The bank has specialists around the world collaborating as one team to help deliver cross-border solutions. The Transactor takes the front seat as First line of defence in UHNW global Real Estate investments.
