Client provides Huddleston Jones assignment requirements and prospect criteria

Will begin candidate engagement, approaching relevant prospects in line with the requirement of the assignment, building awareness and interest in the vacancy

Define candidate longlist into a confirmed shortlist, working with the Practice Manager to qualify prospects, assisting with candidate interface

Carry out the necessary interviews with qualified candidates, establishing interest whilst assessing their suitability through competency based questioning
