The Role

The main focus of this role is to lead the charge in Environmental change. To source, originate, and deliver SAAS, with a view of the adoption of the AI solution platform.  Has the skills to discover, engage and win over, key individuals at the right operating levels within target enterprises; winning commitment. Must be passionate about climate-tech for a better future.

This role is APAC focussed with opportunity in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

The Candidate

  • Able to develop and execute sales plans for target markets, sectors; being a major part of the sales and resource budget plan
  • Can develop medium- to long-term plans, execute functional strategies for the Region, providing input into strategic decisions.
  • Approach existing network and research to identify the key persons in any given target enterprise
  • Leveraging knowledge of the required tech stack to drive efficient sales lead engagement, conversion and retention
  • Demonstrate astute commercial and business development acumen Generate pitch and proposal decks, (creative support provided where needed) Exceptional communication skills
  • Solid track history in SAAS or similar B2B Enterprise sales capacity with demonstrable achievement of sales targets
  • Has a willingness to learn, combined with a self-motivated personality which can thrive in uncertainty
  • Will need to demonstrate the aptitude to learning to the climate consulting to a degree to engage independently on the platform subject matter with impact and confidence
  • Detail-oriented, task-focused, and exceptionally results-oriented
  • Lateral thinker – can see opportunities and ‘join the dots’ when searching for multiple key contact points in a large, multi-divisional enterprises’.
  • A candidate with existing knowledge of Climate Change / Carbon Assessments would be given preference.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or a related discipline, at least 5 years working experience in related Enterprise Sales / biz dev role. The ability to take on Technical and detailed information for the sales process is essential.
