The Role & Person

A seasoned Relationship Manager with at least 10 years’ experience.

A banker at heart, still enjoys the “advisory” element of Wealth Management.

Best advice trumps best return every time; advising with a best practice methodology.

The ideal candidate could be jaded with the constant politics and cookie cutter approach of the banks they work for, alternatively they are just looking for a “work life” balance change.

If you are confident in your relationships, want to give that best advice that is sometimes at odds with the best revenue model your current employer wants; this may be the ideal time to explore.

You can expect a salary model which is class leading for IAM’s, a strong pay out commensurate to your performance; and an environment which is encouraging of a Client first approach.
