Responsibilities & Core duties:
Your knowledge and network within the VC community will be pivotal to your success within Huddleston Jones.
As a Senior Manager & Business developer, you will play an active role in ensuring successful execution of our Executive search roles.
To conduct desktop searches including but not limited to database, linked in, website and Boolean.
To support the business across our Asia & Middle East focus for 2022, utilising your extensive network
and language skills.
To produce executive candidate Longlist / shortlist, assess and match for the Origination directors.
Directly against retained mandate searches. (KPI)
To produce weekly call lists for the Origination directors to implement against retained and exclusive
assignments.
Achieve an excellent understanding of the VC market on a Macro and Micro scale including all Wealth Platforms / Company profiles.
Active sourcing for suitable candidates, using various sources the majority of which will be phone based “headhunting”. (KPI)
To provide evaluated sourced lists of specific candidates for the Origination directors when responding to time critical mandate.
To engage professionally and confidently with executive candidates and the VC community via telephone and where necessary face to face. (KPI)
Core to your role will be to gain commitment from suitable candidates to meet with Huddleston Jones face to face, whilst balancing mandated requirements. (KPI)
The ability to take on information and thus provide professional consultation to candidates across phone and during face-to-face interviews.
To record and monitor market and candidate changes via search and day to day activities, ensuring changes reflect this in the Huddleston Jones database. Including reporting and hierarchical changes.
The ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
